Vinoteca required an experienced web partner to maintain and make functional improvements to their eCommerce website, built in WordPress. From improvements to the purchasing process to implementing new payment technology, we helped Vinoteca to offer the same best-in-class service online as they are already known for in their bars.
We adapted quickly to their existing technology stack to maintain and improve the existing eCommerce website.
We have made continual improvements to the user experience and functionality of their website including re-factoring their online shop – making changes to the existing designs to ensure optimised user journeys across the store. We also improved the filtering and preferencing for their online shop.
In addition to the website and eCommerce shop, we improved their customer experience and satisfaction for their subscription product, an online wine club. To do this we integrated a new payment provider and hosting service. We also integrated WooCommerce for subscriptions.
We also work in partnership with their marketing team on their ‘Refer a Friend’ programme to create a solution that fits their desired design and functionality and build integration into social media.
We worked closely with Vinoteca’s internal marketing team to ensure that there is a perfect balance of brand, design, and user experience.
As well as working collaboratively with their marketing team, we quickly integrated with their wider business – working with finance, marketing and operations. This ensures that we are able to react quickly when changes are needed that could impact various parts of the business. This ability to react at pace is a must in a fast-moving retail and hospitality business, like Vinoteca.
