Carlton Services were looking to merge their existing sales website (built in Magento) with their service website (built in WordPress) to create one single site with an easier buying journey for customers, whether across both areas of the business.
What we did
We worked closely with Carlton while redesigning the site from the ground-up. This included creating a design that looked consistent across the two areas of the site but also looked distinct enough that a user would know whether they were on the sales or service area of the site. We also created the wireframing, information architecture, user journeys and the copy before building the website in WordPress and WooCommerce.
