What they needed
Portman was looking for a nimble and responsive web agency that could quickly pick up new technologies to maintain and improve their group website and practice multi-site built on Craft CMS. Housing their estate of over 150 dental practices, Portman was struggling to find a suitable web agency to manage this volume of sites that also had the knowledge of Craft. They also needed their new web partner to improve the process of adding new dental practices to the site and provide additional support on creative and web development projects when required.
What we did
Having established a trusted relationship with Portman group for our work on the Portman Clear Braces website design and build, we quickly brought ourselves up to speed on Craft CMS to ensure we had the knowledge to not only manage their existing estate of practices but also continue to drive improvements in how new practices are added.
Other ad-hoc web development projects have included changes to Google Tag Manager, design and build of landing pages, implementation of marketing channels like Facebook Messenger and MediaHawk to make continuous UX improvements as the estate grows. With regular changes happening to the sites, we ensure we are maintaining meticulous security across all practice sites.
How we did it
With new practices added regularly, we work on time-sensitive deadlines to ensure new practice sites are created in line with these practice launches and we keep in regular communication with the team via meetings and our project management tool, ClickUp, to ensure everyone is on top of the large volume of tasks.
We continue to work closely with Portman on the continual improvement of their group website and practice multi-site, alongside our reactive development and creative support and team training.
