What they needed
Having built Portman Clear Brace’s website in WordPress, Portman approached Pixel Pixel to build a new WordPress brochureware site for their new Manchester City Centre clinic. Preferring the ease of updating and user-friendly nature of WordPress over Craft CMS, Portman wanted to use this build as a proof of concept for future new clinic website builds.
What we did
We built the Manchester City Centre website in WordPress from the ground up based on the designs produced by Portman’s marketing team.
As the desire was for WordPress to become the preferred method for future practice websites, we built a comprehensive, ‘best-case scenario’ website containing maximum functionality. Portman can use this comprehensive build as a base for future websites, picking and choosing the functionality required for each new build.
As part of this project, we worked closely with Portman to build a new booking platform as a proof of concept which has the potential to be rolled out across the wider Portman Dental Care group. This booking system will integrate with their existing internal booking and patient prospecting system and allow new and existing users to book their dental appointments online.
