Portman Smile Clinic needed an experienced and agile web development and creative agency that could take on their estate of clinic websites built on Craft CMS. As well as making proactive improvements to the design and functionality, Portman needed a web partner to provide a central point to bring all their third party agencies together and ensure the consistency of deliverables.
What we did
We also supported Portman with ad-hoc design work, including designing and creating a sticky widget for their current sites. We also support the internal team with training on maintaining and updating the clinic websites in Craft and liaise regularly with the marketing team and third parties.
How we did it
We took on all websites for Portman’s orthodontic practices and implemented proactive fixes across the inherited estate. We worked closely with their internal teams and third parties to make amendments and improvements to landing pages and implement marketing channels like Facebook messenger.
